Letters & documents

Available onmacOSPro

Beyond the clinical note itself, Scribe0 can produce a properly addressed letter: signed with your details, addressed to the referrer, with the patient’s details on an RE: line.

Set your name, credentials, specialty, and practice once in Settings → Profile. Letters are then signed and framed with your letterhead automatically.

When you drop a referral PDF into the context cart, Scribe0 works out who referred the patient and offers to address the reply to them. Confirm the chip and your enhanced note becomes an addressed letter:

  • RE: line with the patient’s name and date of birth, pulled from the referral and checked against the source document.
  • cc: list carried over from the referral.
  • Your letterhead and sign-off from the profile.

When a document identifies a patient, the session is saved with that patient and grouped with their earlier visits in History, with a visit count. Saved history is encrypted on disk.

Reading the referral and detecting the recipient run on-device for everyone. Writing the addressed letter is a Pro feature and runs on the sovereign cloud route.
