Versions & history

Scribe0 never overwrites your transcript. Each Enhance produces a new version of the note — the original transcript stays untouched underneath, and you can switch between versions, delete the ones you don’t want, and keep enhancing with different prompts.

Versions

Section titled “Versions”
  • The Original version is the raw transcript. It can’t be deleted — it’s your ground truth for checking what was actually said.
  • Each enhance adds a version named after the prompt (“Enhanced • Ambient SOAP”).
  • Switch between versions with the chips/tabs above the note; delete a version you don’t want to keep.

History

Section titled “History”

Past sessions are saved automatically and live in the History area of each app, stored locally on the device (the web app stores them in your account). Load a past session to re-read it, copy it, or enhance it again with a different prompt.

Platform specifics

Section titled “Platform specifics”
  • Version chips appear above the note; every non-Original chip has an ✕ to delete it (with confirmation — versions are stored permanently in the local database).
  • History tab: search, load, and delete past transcripts. Rows show a “diag” tag with the session’s performance diagnostics.
  • Edits you make in the pane auto-save to the active version.
