Prompt library
Available onWebmacOSWindowsiOS
A prompt is a reusable note recipe: it tells the model what kind of note to produce (a SOAP note, a referral letter, a multi-case conference summary) and in what tone and structure. Every app ships with a starter set, and you can create your own.
Anatomy of a prompt
Section titled “Anatomy of a prompt”- Name — what you pick from the dropdown (“Clinical polish”, “Ambient SOAP”, …).
- Instructions — the system prompt: structure, tone, what to include and never invent.
- Temperature — how conservative or creative the drafting is (lower = more literal).
- Pinned model (optional) — force this prompt to always use a specific model, overriding the app-level default.
Writing good clinical prompts
Section titled “Writing good clinical prompts”- State the output structure explicitly (headings, section order).
- Tell the model to only use information present in the transcript and to flag gaps rather than fill them.
- Include your sign-off/formatting conventions so notes come out paste-ready.
Platform specifics
Section titled “Platform specifics”Manage prompts in Settings → Prompt library: create, edit, delete, and pin a model per prompt. Pick the active prompt from the Workbench toolbar dropdown.
